• Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped via reputed courier partners using NSR (Non-Signature Required) delivery.

• Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address. If no one is available, the courier may leave a redelivery notice, request a facility pickup, or leave the parcel at the doorstep/front office as per NSR protocols.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Courier agents typically call before a COD delivery. If you miss the delivery, you can coordinate a re-delivery or pick up the parcel from the courier’s local office.

2. Shipping Charges (India):

• Standard Rate: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 per product applies to all pincodes within India.

• Free Shipping: Shipping is complimentary for orders with a total value exceeding ₹999.

• Promotional Rates: Shipping fees are subject to change based on active promotions. Please check our Offer Zone for the latest updates.

• Partial Shipping: For free-shipping orders containing multiple items, all products will be dispatched together based on the furthest dispatch date. Requests to ship items separately will incur an additional shipping cost per product.

3. Tracking & Delivery Timelines:

• Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email. We recommend monitoring your shipment regularly and contacting the courier directly for real-time movement updates.

• Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Unforeseen courier time lags or logistical hurdles.

  • Natural calamities, local holidays, or shipment clearance issues.

  • The customer being unavailable at the time of delivery.
