Price Variations: As operational costs, logistics, and regional taxes vary by country, product prices may differ slightly between our e-stores. We strive to keep these variations minimal to ensure that all customers receive the best possible value regardless of their location.
2. Dynamic Pricing & Tax Structure
Variable Pricing: Our pricing is dynamic and may fluctuate based on market conditions, currency exchange rates, or active promotional windows. As per our Terms & Conditions, prices are not guaranteed to remain static.
Exclusions: Prices displayed on product pages are exclusive of taxes (GST), customs duties, and shipping charges. These are calculated and applied during checkout or at the time of delivery based on the destination country.
Pricing Accuracy: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a technical glitch, we may cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and issue a full refund.
3. Offers & Discount Regulations
No Combination of Offers: Existing discounts, coupons, and promotional offers cannot be combined or reapplied to previous purchases.
Price Adjustments: We do not offer price protection or adjustments if a product’s price changes or a new discount becomes available after your purchase.
Discount Caps: Every product is subject to a maximum discount limit. Promotional codes will only apply up to that specific limit.
4. Cashback & Promotional Vouchers
Eligibility: Cashback is credited only after an order is fully completed and the eligible return window has expired.
Cancellation Impact: If even one product from an order is cancelled, the cashback for that entire order will not be issued.
Usage Terms: * Cashback vouchers are valid for your next purchase and cannot be split across multiple orders.
Promotional and cashback vouchers must be used within their specified validity period.
Note: Refund vouchers are exempt from expiry rules.
5. Price Match Policy
We are pleased to offer price match support while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Verification: All requests are subject to internal approval. Our team will verify product details and market price; approval is granted only if the item meets our quality and pricing criteria.
Exclusions: Replica or imitation products are not eligible for price matching. We do not accept price match requests due to changes in offers or promotions.
Eligibility Window: All price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
