3. Advanced Transaction Security
Your financial safety is our highest priority. We employ multi-layered defense mechanisms:
PCI-DSS Compliance: Razorpay is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant solution, meaning your sensitive card data is encrypted and processed in a secure environment. We do not store your card details or CVV on our own servers.
SSL Encryption: Our website utilizes 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt all data transmitted during the checkout process.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): All card and net banking transactions follow mandatory 3D Secure protocols (OTP verification) to prevent unauthorized usage.
4. Failed Transactions & Refunds
Payment Failures: If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount is typically reversed by the bank automatically within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing: Once we approve a refund, it is processed through Razorpay back to your original payment source. The timeline for the credit to appear depends on your bank’s internal policies.
5. Currency & Conversion
All transactions are settled in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, the final amount reflected on your bank statement will be based on the exchange rate provided by your card issuer at the time of the transaction.
