    Order Cancellations & Refunds:
    • Window for Full Refund: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a 100% refund.

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations requested after the 24-hour mark are subject to a 10% processing and cancellation fee based on the product cost.

    • Post-Shipping Policy: Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

    Changes & Customizations:

    • Product or Size Adjustments: Requests for changes must be submitted within 24 hours. After this window, the 10% processing fee applies. All changes depend on current stock availability.

    • Custom Orders: Any item involving custom stitching or alterations (e.g., saree fall/edging, blouse stitching) is final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded at any time.

    • Address Updates: You may update your shipping address within the same country, provided the request is made at least 2 days prior to the dispatch date.

    Availability & Quality Assurance:

    • Quality Check Guarantee: Every item undergoes a rigorous double-quality-check. If a product fails to meet our standards, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund or store credit.

    • Stock Issues: In the rare event a product is unavailable or fails quality inspections, we will contact you to choose an alternative item or receive a refund.
