Custom Orders: Any item involving custom stitching or alterations (e.g., saree fall/edging, blouse stitching) is final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded at any time.
Address Updates: You may update your shipping address within the same country, provided the request is made at least 2 days prior to the dispatch date.
Availability & Quality Assurance:
Quality Check Guarantee: Every item undergoes a rigorous double-quality-check. If a product fails to meet our standards, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund or store credit.
Stock Issues: In the rare event a product is unavailable or fails quality inspections, we will contact you to choose an alternative item or receive a refund.
